Praveen is a partner and Director with the firm since 2016. He leads a team which works closely with the private owners of manufacturing firms and engages with institutional capital providers, IMAP offices across the globe, various industry associations and referral network across India to ideate and execute strategic & financial solutions for the growth of mid-market firms in the Indian manufacturing sector. 

Formerly, Praveen was with Motilal Oswal for seven years (2009-16) where he grew private equity syndications business for the firm and developed a referral network across the country to expand the firm’s reach to privately owned mid-market firms in the manufacturing sector. Praveen started his career with CRISIL in 1999 as a part of execution team in its infrastructure advisory business. 

Praveen holds a MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI.
