Per works as an Associate Director and is IMAP Sweden's Compliance and Due Diligence Specialist where he is responsible for the important Due Diligence phase at the end of each process. Per also acts as Global Deal Liaison where he coordinates all inquiries from international colleagues within IMAP on cases where there are potential Swedish buyers.

Per has over 20 years of experience working in M&A, financing and tax. Prior to his employment at IMAP, he worked at SEB retail banking where he was a Client Executive, responsible for financing to small and medium sized companies. Per has also held positions as a Project Manager at the Swedish Tax authority and as an Analyst at an M&A boutique in Southern Sweden.

Per holds a MSc Degree in Business and Economics and a BSc Degree in Business Law from the School of Economics and Management at Lund’s University.
