Pedro joined Invest Corporate Finance in 2018. Previously Pedro was Managing Director of Banco Finantia where he has held various positions since 1992. 

He was the Treasurer of the bank before joining the Corporate Banking Department. Amongst his responsibilities, Pedro advised clients in M&A and in Special Financial Operations, namely related with Asset Finance, Securitizations, Project Finance and Restructurings, including advising the government in privatizations and PPP’s. Pedro has a long experience advising in several sectors and infrastructures for domestic and international companies.

Pedro Benites has a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica de Lisboa and has taken several courses covering financial products at INSEAD (France) - International Faculty of Finance and at Swiss Bank Corporation (currently UBS).
