Luiz Eduardo held several key positions in international enterprises including Citibank and ABN AMRO before joining Brasilpar in 2005. As Head of Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO, he was in charge of several of Latin America's largest and most complex transactions, including the sale of Royal Ahold supermarket chain and secondary offerings of Vale do Rio Doce and Petrobras shares.
He began his career at Citibank, where he worked for nearly two decades, for several years heading the bank's Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity departments.
Luiz Eduardo holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
