Eric joined DNA Capital in 2023 with more than 20 years of experience in investment, financing, private equity, and international mergers and acquisitions.  Over the years, he both advised boards of directors and companies and executed as a senior director on several local and international mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in a variety of sectors including industrials, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, media, and in project financing.

Prior to joining DNA Capital, he held the position of senior director of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies. Before that, he built a career in investment firms and pension funds as an analyst in private equity, hedge fund, and portfolio manager.

Eric holds a B.Com with a major in finance from UQAM and an Executive MBA in mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure from ESG UQAM.
