IMAP is pleased to announce the acquisition of Helmer Scientific Inc. ("HSI") by strategic investor Trane Technologies ("Trane") (NYSE:TT). Falls River Group (“FRG”) – IMAP USA acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to HSI. The deal represents IMAP’s continued emphasis and success in the cold technology and life sciences landscape. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
