In order to finance a set of structuring development projects, the Valotel Group has raised €26 million in financing from a banking pool including Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes, Bpifrance, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes and LCL.
The projects include a 4* hotel, a hotel residence, a central kitchen to improve the service of local establishments by improving quality and meeting the challenges of short supply chains, the renovation of several establishments and a Nivon branded boutique.
The amount raised is composed of (i) a tranche A dedicated to the financing of real estate with a share amortizable over 15 years and a share in fine and (ii) a tranche B dedicated to the financing of equipment and machinery and repayable in fine with a maturity of 6 years.
The Group also benefits from a tourism loan raised in parallel from Bpifrance.
