Nomios Group B.V. has acquired a majority stake (67%) in Aditinet Consulting S.p.A. (“Aditinet” or the “Company”) from the founders of the Company.

 

Founded in 2004, Aditinet is a system integrator specialized in cybersecurity and networking. Aditinet offers specialized IT services for the implementation of best-of-breed solutions leveraging its wide network of partnerships with Cybersecurity and Networking vendors.
The Company operates in many markets such as Finance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Public Administration and has offices in Rome, Milan and London.
