Harri is a Partner at Carner. He manages transactions with the focus on Industrials, Business Services and Retail & Trade. Harri has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking, industry and private equity in Finland and Europe. Prior Carner, Harri worked as CFO / M&A Director & Business Development Director in VAASAN Group owned by private equity investors EQT, CapVest and Lion Capital, and before that as CFO in Cultor Group in London.

Harri holds an Master’s Degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University).
