Beros Verktyg in Kalmar, a manufacturer of cutting and holding tools, is acquired by Primotech

Beros is the complete tool supplier with a wide range of suppliers and brands and is a strategic reseller for Sandvik Coromant. Beros sharpens and sells cutting and holding tools for metalworking and are experts in the manufacture of customized special tools. The extensive machine park includes both conventional machines and CNC-controlled machines with chargers, which creates flexibility and opportunities to manufacture both single-piece tools and larger series. Beros has a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million with good profitability.

Beros has sales offices in both southern and northern Sweden with experienced technical salespeople who, with their deep product knowledge, guide the customer to the right tool. Beros designs and manufactures special tools according to customers' wishes and supplies high-quality tools to processing industries all over Sweden.

PrimoTech Group was formed by ProfuraGruppen and Martin Johansson through a merger of a number of technology trading companies. Today, the group has a turnover of approx. SEK 700 million and focuses on acquiring and operating well-managed and entrepreneur-driven technology trading companies in the Nordics.
