Andreas has been working at IMAP since 2007, where he is currently a partner. Over the years, he has been involved in more than 75 transactions across various industries and company sizes, specializing in software and ICT services, niche industries, consumer products, e-commerce, as well as food and beverage. In these processes, international buyers are often involved. Andreas primarily advises entrepreneurs looking to sell their businesses, but he has also assisted buyers from countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the US, and South Korea in areas related to consumer products, technology consulting, and software.

Andreas also plays an active role in IMAP internationally, serving on a steering committee that focuses on business development for IMAP. This includes brand-related issues, fostering collaborations between countries, and marketing activities.

Before joining IMAP, Andreas worked in auditing at EY and also gained experience at a management consulting firm in Gothenburg. Alongside his work at IMAP, he holds several board positions in owner-led companies, including those in e-commerce, digital agencies, and tech startups.

His advisory approach for business owners of small and medium-sized companies is characterized by an entrepreneurial yet structured methodology. For most clients, the sale of their company is a definitive milestone they undergo only once in their professional lives, and it can be life-changing in various ways. Earning such trust is something Andreas takes very seriously, and he always places great emphasis on developing the right exit and ownership strategy that is value-creating and sustainable for both shareholders, management teams, and the businesses they lead, often also benefiting the community in which the company operates.

Andreas holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Financial Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lincoln in England.
