Avrigo d.o.o. (The Company), is a bus transportation company based in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. The Company has a fleet of over 200 modern buses, 300 professional employees and it generates around 22 EUR mil. of revenue and EUR 5 mil. of EBITDA.  The Company’s principal activity is to provide passenger services on inter-urban, suburban and urban lines, complemented by the services of an IATA registered tourism agency. Along with three 100% owned subsidiaries, since 2014, the Company also has 49,99% voting rights in Izletnik Celje d.d., a bus transportation company from Celje.

The Investor

Adventura prevozi d.o.o. is company 100% owned by Mr. Darko Klarič, Avrigo ‘s partner and co-investor in Izletnik Celje, their join investment from 2014.

Investment in Avrigo d.o.o was a natural development of Mr. Klarič’s business endeavour in becoming no. 1 provider of bus transportation services in Slovenia.

The Deal

IMAP SEE was the exclusive transaction advisor to the owners of Avrigo d.o.o., Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. in the sale of 97,31% share in the Company.
