Teodor has over 3 years of experience in transactions and corporate finance. Before joining the IMAP team, Teodor worked for PwC Romania, within the Advisory department. Teodor has been involved in over 10 transactions and financial due diligence projects in various industries (including TMT, oil & gas, retail, agriculture, chemicals etc.), both in the Romanian market, as well as within the CEE region. Teodor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Statistics for Finance from Imperial College London. Starting with October 2023, Teodor is an accredited Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) with the Financial Modeling Institute.
