One of the TOP 3 Czech independent food retail chain FLOSMAN, has been sold to ORIENS private equity. FLOSMAN operates approximately 300 own and franchise shops, under the brand FLOP TOP, FLOP and Potraviny CZ, and wholesale business focused on the independent market and HORECA segment.

The transaction was initially slowed-down by COVID, but due to resilience of the business to the pandemic, proven profitability and heavy effort of both sell and buy-side teams, the transaction successfully closed in mid-July 2021.
