Advised on sale of high-frequency technlogy company Comlab to Kontron Transportation
Kontron Transportation GmbH acquires 100% of the shares in Comlab AG. Comlab is a leading overall supplier in the field of high-frequency technology. With the acquisition, Comlab will be fully integrated into Kontron Transportation, which aims to strengthen its presence in the railroad market. The transaction is expected to close by the end of July 2023.
