Capstone Partners (IMAP USA) advised Bolton Remote, a top-tier outsourcing and staffing firm supporting SaaS-enabled businesses, on its sale to SupportNinja. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the strength of BV’s financial resources, the SupportNinja/Bolton Remote platform will continue its rapid expansion.
