On November 20th, 2023, the shareholders of Value Group S.r.l. (“Value Group”) have signed an agreement for the sale of 60% of the share capital of Value Group to Azimut Libera Impresa S.G.R. S.p.A. (“Azimut”).

Value Group is a specialised player in the management of passengers that experience disruption events such as denied boarding, cancellation or long delay in the transport sector (aviation, railway, maritime). In such events, Value Group provides its clients (mainly airlines) with hotel accommodation, ground transport and refreshment services for passengers and crew members.

As part of the deal, the Bocchieri and Sergnese families (current shareholders) will reinvest part of the proceeds, thereby maintaining a minority stake in the company together with the current management (represented by Daniele Bocchieri and Thomas Sergnese), who will continue to support the company's growth. 

The transaction aims to support Value Group in consolidating its leadership position in Italy and expanding in Europe.
