Advised Resolute ISMS Oy on its sale to Dustin Group AB
Advised the owners of Businessforum Oy, one of Finland’s largest IT hardware, software and service resellers, on its sale to Swedish Dustin AB. The deal allows Dustin AB entry into the Finnish market, expanding its Nordic coverage to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
