IMAP advises family controlled Kirchhoff, a German automotive supplier, on the sale to Mutares
The listed industrial holding company Mutares AG, Munich acquires 100% of the share capital in Kirchhoff GmbH & Co. KG, Halver from the owner family to strengthen the “Automotive & Mobility” investment platform. Mutares intends to improve the company's capital base, optimize its cost structure and broaden the revenue base of the business, which has so far mainly supplied the VW Group.
