IMAP acted as advisor to the owners and management of Ljekarne Dvoržak and Alpha Medical in the sale of 49% of the companies which was acquired by a subsidiary of Lyf & Heilsa, Iceland’s largest pharmacy chain, through a capital increase, as a regional platform for consolidation of the pharma retail sector.
