IMAP is pleased to announce that Inverlink – IMAP Colombia, in collaboration with UBS LLC, has successfully advised KLYM (previously Omnilatam) in the closing of a $27 million Series B led by IFC and J.P. Morgan. The financing will help accelerate KLYM’s growth in Brazil and set the path for profitability in 2023. With this round, the company has now secured $95 million in equity since it was founded in 2017.

KLYM is a leading fintech company focused on supply chain finance with operations in Colombia, Chile and Brazil, and continues to expand its presence in the global supplier ecosystem. With its new brand and the launch of cross-border financing capabilities, KLYM can now fund suppliers in 32 jurisdictions and 25 different currencies, with a growing financial anchor in Brazil. The company has secured mandates from corporates in Brazil in the Agriculture, Pharma and Biofuel sectors in addition to expanding its presence in Colombia and Chile, where it currently supports 85 corporate clients and 30,000 suppliers.
