Private equity firm Abac Capital acquired a majority stake in Grupo de Incendios.
Founded in 1980, Grupo de Incendios is a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of active fire protection systems. The company distributes 200 products to more than 2,000 clients throughout Spain.
The team from Albia (IMAP Spain) advised Grupo de Incendios on its sale.
