Samuel joined the Carner team as Director in 2022. He has strong experience of various M&A and financing projects. He last worked as Investment Director at Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd), responsible for direct private equity investments in mid-sized Finnish companies.

Samuel has also extensive experience of working on the board of various companies, especially in the Industrials and Business Services sectors, as well as of collaborating with both Finnish and international private equity companies.
