Iva joined IMAP in 2018 and is a Senior Associate at the Zagreb office. Iva is responsible for preparation of transaction documents, financial and market analysis, valuations, coordination of due diligence processes and contact with clients and investors.

Prior to joining IMAP, Iva completed a traineeship at the European Parliament in Luxembourg where she gained experience in client relations and international affairs. She also completed a translation internship at the company Stentor in Zagreb.

Iva is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst at CFI (Corporate Finance Institute). She holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance at University of Applied Sciences RRiF and a master's degree in English and French language and literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb in Croatia.
