Giammarco joined Vitale in 2022. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the investment banking and corporate finance industry.

He has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and capital markets transactions in the transport and logistics, industrial components and consumer goods sectors.

Prior to joining Vitale, Giammarco was part of the M&A team at Banca Akros and the Valuation team at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Giammarco also served as a contract professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University for three years.
