Felipe has over 13 years of experience in investment banking, having covered transactions exceeding US $5 billion in M&A and Project Finance including notable deals such as the sale of Isagen to Brookfield, the renegotiation and sale of three electricity distribution concessions (EDEMET, EDECHI) in Panama, and the financial structuring for Hidroituango. He has also worked at Banco Falabella as CFO and COO.

Felipe holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a dual BSc degree from Universidad de los Andes in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
