El Hadji Amadou BA joined Ascent Capital Partners (IMAP Morocco) and co-founded its Dakar subsidiary in 2013. He began his career at Deloitte in 2005 in the financial audit department of the Paris office, focusing primarily on financial services firms and real estate companies.

In 2007, he joined Marker Management Consulting, a U.K. consulting firm specializing in asset management firms, where he led numerous consulting and audit assignments regarding the implementation of regulatory compliance devices, internal control processes and management procedures.

In 2012, El Hadji Amadou was the CEO of EBA Consulting, a Paris-based advisory firm specialized in finance and asset management operations. During his tenure at EBA, he also acted as interim Business Manager for the “Run-Off Corporate Solutions and Management for Third-Parties” department of Natixis Paris.

M. Amadou Ba holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Université de Toulouse and a Master’s Degree in Internal Audit and Management Control from ESC Toulouse.
