Dmitry joined Advance Capital (IMAP Russia) at the end of 2008, where he is responsible for business development, as well as for deal origination in the Telecommunications and FMCG sectors. Dmitry has participated in the majority of Advance Capital's deals and has extensive experience in M&A and equity capital market transactions, mainly in the Consumer & Retail and Telecommunications sectors in Russia and the CIS.

From 2007-2008, he worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking & Finance at Renaissance Capital, where he focused on the execution of public and private transactions for companies in the Food, Agriculture and Healthcare industries. Prior to joining Renaissance Capital, Dmitry was Head of M&A at VimpelCom, where he completed over 10 acquisitions of Mobile Communications and Hi-tech companies in Russia and 6 other CIS countries. His previous career also included a position as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Senior Telecommunications Analyst in Equity Research at IFC Metropol.

Dmitry holds an MBA from Yale University, USA.
