Brad is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Debt Advisory Group and brings over 20 years of middle market debt experience, having closed debt financings for over 100 sponsored and other privately-held companies. Brad’s diverse experience in middle market finance includes debt advisory, debt capital markets within a private equity fund, and principal investors.

Brad has executed client engagements across all forms of middle market debt including first & second lien cash flow, unitranche, mezzanine, first & second-lien asset-based facilities, and deeply subordinated Holdco debt. His diligence and execution experience spans a wide range of industries, including aerospace, business services, communications, consumer, education, healthcare, financial services, food & nutrition, manufacturing, media, software & technology, and transportation & logistics.

Previously, Brad was a Partner at Capital Solutions Group, a middle market debt advisory firm where he led nearly all of the firm’s debt capital raise engagements for private equity clients across a 10+ year period. Prior to that, Brad was a debt capital markets specialist at Audax Private Equity, where he was responsible for executing all debt activity for both new platform investments and portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Brad also worked in the leveraged finance and high yield investment banking groups of leading commercial banks.
