IMAP is pleased to announce that WFS PRO, a company specialized in the secondment of highly skilled technical professionals, has been acquired by Carrière, one of the largest employment agencies in the Netherlands, known for its expertise in operational work across sectors such as transport, logistics, production, and technical services.
WFS PRO and Carrière have successfully collaborated for several years, and both companies recognized the potential of strengthening their partnership and began exploring the possibility of a merger. Today, they work together by combining WFS PRO's extensive network in the high-end technical industry with Carrière’s large employee base, allowing them to offer tailored employment solutions to a wide range of clients.
Carrière, a rapidly growing employment agency, was founded in 2011 under the Staffing Associates brand. It provides temporary and flexible staffing services,particularly in logistics, transport, production, and technical sectors. Over the years, Carrière has grown through strategic acquisitions and now operates in four countries: the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.
WFS PRO specializes in tailored workforce solutions with a focus on Recruitment and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Serving a wide range of sectors, including Aerospace, High-Tech Machinery, Marine & Offshore, and Renewables, they offer both local and international services. WFS PRO provides comprehensive support to businesses in sourcing and managing talent, offering both permanent and flexible workforce solutions. Their expertise spans across various functions such as engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management.
