Ever since we closed the transaction and sold the shares, I have been trying to find the real expressions of praise for the team which led us through the acquisition.
When we decided to sell our share of the company we realised that this was a decision completing a life time of dedication to the firm. But we also realised that we needed to give the company the chance to broaden its horizons. This decision was a large one and at the time we had no idea how demanding a transaction can really be.
We were led through the process by a team of professionals from IMAP, which very quickly got integrated into our departments, began to understand all our advantages and shortcomings, and helped us identify a potential partner.
After several months of hard work as a team we concluded the transaction. I must single out IMAP's constantly present human (along with the professional) support. To this end they were completely fixed on the success of the transaction that we had entrusted to them.

In the business world it is common to measure just the financial performance of any business relationship. Throughout the process and even following the successful closure I found that it is possible to sit down with our IMAP colleagues as business partners and go beyond the financial indicators and expand on the whole business concept.
