Steve is a Managing Director at MPA. As a mining expert, he relies on his industry and financial expertise to provide strategic advice and financial analysis to mining executives and board directors in their evaluation and implementation of strategic transactions.

Steve previously worked at Canadian and US investment banks where he financed and provided financial and strategic advice, including guidance on mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, fairness opinions and valuations and other advisory services, to a large selection of domestic and international public companies, primarily in the mining sector.

Steve holds an MBA in Business Administration from McMaster University and an BSc with honors Degree in Geophysics from the University of Western Ontario.
