He started his career at ARTHUR ANDERSEN as head of projects in auditing and consulting areas. He then joined the IBERDROLA GROUP, where he held several senior positions in the General Directorate of Strategy and Development, ending as Head of Internal Audit Department Area, taking part in designing and developing the group’s strategy, analysing the group’s sales and investment operations and supporting the Operations Committee in taking the company’s strategic decisions.
In 2004, as a result of his enterpreneurial spirit, he founded IMAP – Albia Capital and since then, he has executed more than 25 sell-side, buy-side or capital raising projects and has participated in 30 Valuation, Restructuring, Refinancing and Feasibility Plans, especially in energy and renewable energy (Iberdrola, Gamesa, Velatia, Arteche) , manufacturing (Talleres Guibe, Azpiarán, Zayer), automotive (Cie Automotive, Alcorta Forging Group, Grupo Metal), food and wine (Iparlat, Bodegas Puente del Ea) , services (Epitsa, Asimag, Telemark, Multiwork) and Private Equity.
He is a Board Member of several companies and is Executive Board Member of Obeki Electric Machines since July 2009 and Board Member of Dreamers Startup Ventures. This double vision as consultant and executive in industrial companies subsequently allows him to perform a solution for each client ?s project.
He has taken part as a speaker in many courses and seminars about strategic planning, company valuation and risk management.
