Sufiyan is a member of the M&A and Equity Advisory team at Alpen Capital.

He specializes in executing buy-side and sell-side M&A and equity capital markets transactions, with expertise across the full deal lifecycle and diverse sectors in the MENA region.

In addition to his transaction experience, Sufiyan is part of Alpen Capital’s research team, which publishes sector reports covering healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and other key industries in the GCC.

Before joining Alpen Capital, he was with a boutique merchant banking group that acts as an advisor to principals of prominent families, corporates, and sovereign entities on their M&A, corporate finance, and investment matters.

Sufiyan holds a BSc in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, USA, and an MSc in Economics from The University of Warwick, UK
