Sara  joined Vitale in 2019. She has 10 years’ experience in the corporate finance and investment banking industry.

She has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions and equity capital market transactions mainly on industrial, consumer and business services sectors.

Prior to joining Vitale, Sara was part of the Colombo & Associati team and Deloitte Financial Advisory M&A team.
