Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as financial advisor to Berardi Bullonerie S.r.l., portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, in the acquisition of 3Fast S.r.l., leading distributor of fasteners for industry.

3Fast, based in Bergamo, is active in the distribution of fastening systems, inserts and sealing caps, with a portfolio of more than 3,500 SKUs for more than 1,000 industrial clients located in the North of Italy. The company is the main distributor in Italy of fasteners for leading global manufacturers, for which it also provides after-sales and repair services.

The transaction represents for Berardi the third add-on completed following the entry of H.I.G. in its share capital in February, 2022 (with a controlling interest) and reflects Berardi's strategy of constantly expanding, also through M&A, the services offered to customers. The investment will allow Berardi to expand its geographical coverage and level of service, primarily in the area of Bergamo.
