Tomek joined Trigon (IMAP Poland) in 2004. Since then he has gained a breadth of experience in M&A transactions, IPOs and corporate finance.
He has participated in some of the most significant transactions in the Polish Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Most recently, he was involved in the leverage buy-out of Polkomtel, where he had a leading role in organizing the financial structure, negociating the PLN 14 billion debt package. Previously, he led the acquisition of TV Polsat, advising on its PLN 3 billion financing. He also took part in the IPO of Cyfrowy Polsat.
Other projects in the TMT sector, which Tomek has successfully completed, include: the acquisition of Mobyland and Centernet for NFI Midas and the acquisition of mPunkt, as well as the sale Wprost magazine, one of the most prestigious periodicals in Poland. Tomek is an Advisor for Polsat Group and a Supervisory Board Member of Gemius, a leading internet research company in Poland.
Tomek holds an MSc in Management and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as an MSc in Finance and International Business from the Aarhus School of Business. He also studied in Singapore and in the United States.
