The sale of 100% of Intergraf Digiflex Kft.'s business to a Hungarian private investor was completed in May 2022.

For nearly 40 years, Intergraf Digiflex has been a stable and reliable partner of the largest packaging material manufacturing companies, and the domestic flagship of flexo mold making. Its two main product types are corrugated plates and printing forms for printing flexible packaging materials. Their outstanding quality, maintained through a strict quality control system, is certified by FlexoExpert; the value of its standardized production processes is proven by the constantly growing order book of the industry's leading players. The Company uses the most modern software, equipment and technologies, with which it provides a comprehensive service, from printing press-specific flexographic preparation to the delivery of finished products, in close cooperation with customers.

Prior to the transaction, the Company was owned by the four founding families, and the buyer will continue to count on the experience of its highly qualified senior managers and loyal colleagues in the future.
