In 2023, IMAP Denmark were advisors on the sales of both First-8 and SafetyGroup, both of which were bought by Swedish Presto in connection with their entry into the Danish market. These transactions paved the way for a continued collaboration, where DealHaus was subsequently engaged as a purchase advisor for Presto.

Presto's European expansion has now taken a new step with the purchase of Eurofesa, a leading Spanish group within the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems. With more than 160 employees, Eurofesa services over 8,000 customers. Eurofesa's strong entrepreneurial spirit and focus on sustainability is a strong strategic match with Presto, which through the acquisition strengthens its platform in Europe and creates further opportunities for growth.

Backed by the capital fund Adelis, Presto has grown to be Europe's leading player in fire safety, first aid and safety training, with a turnover of more than DKK 2 billion and 1,500 employees at 80 locations.

IMAP Denmark has, in collaboration with our colleagues in IMAP Spain, acted as financial advisor for Presto in connection with the purchase of Eurofesa. The transaction demonstrates the strength of IMAP, a global network of M&A advisors with more than 450 advisors in 51 countries. The collaboration between DealHaus and IMAP Spain was crucial to ensure an efficient and successful completion of the acquisition.
