Since its foundation in 1999, Geoteam A/S has developed into a market-leading player in the sale and service of technical measuring instruments and advanced positioning solutions.

Geoteam's customer segments primarily include companies in surveying, precision agriculture and construction. From the head office in Ballerup, Geoteam offers a wide range of instruments, services and software, including their proprietary GNSS solution, GPSnet.

In connection with an on-going generational change in the circle of owners, combined with a desire to ensure Geoteam's continued development, the owners wanted to explore the possibility of a full exit.

Through a structured auction process with many interested buyers (primarily foreign), the choice ended up with SwedishIndutrade ABwhich brings significant industry knowledge and an attractive ownership model. In the future, Geoteam will be part of the "Infrastructure and Construction" division, which already counts more than 30 different companies. Here, Geoteam will continue as an independent unit, where the Executive Board as well as all other employees will continue as before.
