Engie, a global leader in energy & related services, signed an agreement to sell Culturespaces to the consortium formed by IDI and the Chevrillon group, alongside the management team.

Culturespaces is a French specialist in the full scale management of cultural venues, and a global pioneer in the establishment of digital art centers and immersive exhibitions. 

This transaction is the next step in the implementation of Engie’s strategic plan, initially presented in May 2021, and is also part of the Group’s strategic plan to refocus its activities on its energy-related core business.
