On 8 March 2024, CDP Equity S.p.A. ("CDPE") acquired from Euroclear SA ("Euroclear") an additional minority stake of Euronext N.V. ("Euronext"). Together with the sale of the stake to CDPE, Euroclear also sold most of the additional Euronext shares it owned to Caisse des dépôts et consignations ("CDC") and Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement/Federale Participatie - en Investeringsmaatschappij NV van openbaar nut ("SFPI").

Euronext is the leading pan-European infrastructure offering listing, trading, clearing, custody and settlement, technology solutions, market services and other financial services related to trading and the stock exchange. It currently operates regulated financial markets in Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan and Oslo.

Following the completion of the transaction, CDPE's share of the issued capital of Euronext increased from 7.3% to c. 7.8%.
