The company was taken over by two external managers:Mr. Oliver Hofmann has many years of experience in the management of companies especially in sales, distribution and production. Mr. Steffen Fillibeck, former a leading product designer, has collected many years of experience in the areas of sales and distribution.

Karl Meisenbach KG, Fischbachtal, Germany

Manufacturer of writing implements, especially fountain pens, ink flow and ball point pens. The writing instruments are predominantly for use in offices and schools. Production is predominantly for OEM customers according to individual design requirements in a rapidly changing fashion trend market. The financing of the company purchase was accomplished by the local savings bank of Dieburg together with the BM H (Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen mbH) and a shareholder loan.
