Advised Ess Kå Metallindustri AB, a leading Swedish supplier of hydraulic pressed and eccentric pressed components to the heavy vechicle industry. This transaction will generate both Ess Kå Metallindustri and Ekenäs Mekaniska a well-balanced customer and product portfolio, as well as improved cross-selling potential.

EssKå Metallindustri AB is a subcontractor of heavy automotive industry with emphasis on deep-drawn sheet metal parts.  Ekenäs Mekaniska AB specializes in the manufacturing of components based on steel and stainless steel pipes and profiles. Customers are based in the Automotive and Industry sectors in applications such as engines, chassis, heat pumps, frames, furniture, handles, caravans and many more.

Per Vannesjö Industri AB is an industrial group with subsidiaries Ekenäs Mekaniska AB and EssKå Metallindustri AB, as well as associated companies Amymone AB and AnVa Industries AB, which are both industrial groups.

Through collaboration the companies will gain access to a broader customer base.
