In March 2022, Concorde Investment and Asset Management Zrt. successfully sold its share in HOLD Alapkezelo Zrt. (Company) to its management (Management Buy-Out).

Concorde Investments and Investments Zrt. is a holding company that manages the non-consolidated financial investments of the owners of Concorde Értékpapír Zrt., which is related to the company group.

HOLD Alapkezelo Zrt. is the largest independent investment fund manager on the Hungarian market, managing more than HUF 400 billion in client assets. HOLD's clientele consists mainly of Hungarian and foreign institutions, as well as domestic and foreign private individuals.

The buyout creates an opportunity for the management to rely on the Company's strong fundamentals to further develop its operation and exploit its inherent growth potential by expanding its customer base and further broadening its competencies.
