Vincent Jamaer joined Degroof Petercam Investment Banking (Belgium) in 2018, after having worked for over six years with the Corporate Finance M&A team of Deloitte Belgium. Vincent has a broad experience in advising corporates and financial sponsors on a wide range of strategic matters including divestments, acquisitions, capital raisings and valuation assignments.

At Bank Degroof Petercam, Vincent is focusing on M&A transactions for family owned companies and for private equity sponsors, as well as on other corporate finance assignments.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law and a postgraduate in Corporate Finance from the KU Leuven and an LLM from the Northwestern University in Chicago.
