Tom is Managing Director, Business Development at MPA. Tom has extensive experience in institutional sales focussed in the fixed income sector.

Prior to MPA, Tom was the manager of the Canada Government Bond Desk at Freedom International Brokerage, Canada’s dominant inter-dealer broker.
 
Tom holds a bachelor degree from the University of Toronto. In addition, Tom is a CFA Charterholder.
