Amira has joined Ascent Capital Partners in 2021 as an M&A Analyst. She began her career at Laurentian Bank of Canada in Montreal, where she gained relevant experience in Corporate banking and Loan Syndication. She participated in a number of syndicated loan deals for M&A transactions for severable mid and large cap companies in Canada and the US, across a broad range of sectors, including: Telecom, Energy, Infrastructure, Banking and Insurance, Transport, Construction, and Food industry.

Amira has a Master of Science in Applied Financial Economics from HEC Montreal, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University.
