IMAP is pleased to announce that Mosam Castellum B.V. (“Mosam”), a portfolio company of Value Enhancement Partners (“VEP”), has been acquired by Elk Renovatie & Onderhoud B.V. (“Elk”), a portfolio company of Waterland, together with the current management teams.

Mosam is a group of companies specialising in maintenance and energy renovations for housing corporations and professional real estate owners.
