IMAP is pleased to announce that Mosam Castellum B.V. (“Mosam”), a portfolio company of Value Enhancement Partners (“VEP”), has been acquired by Elk Renovatie & Onderhoud B.V. (“Elk”), a portfolio company of Waterland, together with the current management teams.

VEP, founded in 1999, is a hands-on investment firm with over 25 years of experience. Mosam is a group of companies specialising in maintenance and energy renovations for housing corporations and professional real estate owners. Operating primarily in the South and East of the Netherlands, the group focuses on day-to-day maintenance and large-scale energy-efficient renovation projects, supported by long-standing client relationships. The IMAP Netherlands team, comprising Jan-Pieter Borst, Frank Ruijgrok, Iris Karthaus, Willem Jansen and Rens Wisman, advised Value Enhancement Partners, in the name of Chris de Weers and Cédric Ancion, on the sale of their portfolio company Mosam Castellum B.V. to Waterland’s portfolio company Elk.
