Advised Iparlat S.A. on its sale to Clean Sustainable Energy Spain, S.L.
IMAP provided advice to the IPARLAT GROUP in relation to the sale process to Clean Sustainable Energy Spain (CSE Spain) of a 12 MWe Power Cogeneration Plant, belonging to its ESNELAT production plant located in Urnieta (Gipuzkoa).
About IPARLAT
IPARLAT is a group dedicated to the treatment, processing, production and marketing of liquid milk, dairy products and milk derivatives.
With this operation the power supply of IPARLAT’s ESNELAT plant in the medium and long term under optimum energy efficiency conditions is ensured.
About CS Energy Spain
CSE Spain is a Spanish company dedicated among other activities to the investment, management and development of assets for electrical and thermal energy production from primary sustainable and/or renewable energy sources. Likewise, CSE Spain develops energy efficiency applications and services in industrial companies.
